Spark Series: Carol Sanford
How does your worldview shape your capacity to change the world? Find out TONIGHT at 8pm EST
As recently as last year, I had never heard of Carol Sanford.
The world is a big place, after all, and there are so many kindred spirits whose work and ways of being, absent a chance collision, will merely amble alongside one another, forever in parallel.
This January, however, while Jenny Finn regaled us with stories of her remarkable school community, Springhouse (and sang Bright Morning Stars to us), she mentioned that of all the people whose work had shaped how she thought about her own, Carol Sanford was at the top of the list.
As I looked deeper, I discovered an iconoclast who has been working for the last four decades to help organizations all over the world become more ecological, regenerative places in which to live and learn. And when I asked her to frame a question that might anchor a Spark Series conversation, she offered me this nugget:
How does your worldview impact how much difference you can make in the world?
If that doesn’t make you curious, there isn’t much I can do for you.
But if it makes you want to travel down the rabbit-hole a little deeper to see what it unearths, join Carol, me and a rag-tag collection of fellow travelers from across the globe for a special Spark Series event — TONIGHT, March 9th, at 8pm EST (via this link).
